Philips Electronics Ltd - Led TV not replaced

On November *, ****, I bought a Philips **" flat-screen LED Tv, serial number ******************, at Sargam electronics store in N.delhi, for Rs. *****. The product does not function properly. It did not display any picture at all. I am very disappointed. I have logged the complaint on ** -**-**** having complaint number GHA********* with registered mobile number.
One of the engineers visited my house from the authorised service centre (Devasha electronics) have informed us that the panel is not working and will be changed soon. I have made too many times call to customer care and service centre to get resolve my complaints but I can only get disappointment.
To resolve the problem I would appreciate an exchange for an equivalent or better model at no additional cost or a refund of the Rs. *****. Enclosed are copies of relevant documents.
