Sansui India - Led tv is not working and delay in service

I have purchased sansui led tv having sr. No.******************and model no.CONTVSKW**FH**XAF from V. K. Enterprises ****/* chowk kotwali bazar ambala city haryana on dated **.**.**** having extend * years warranty. Now the led is not working from last one month. I complaint to the service centre on **/**/**** the complaint no. is GUR********* . The engineer came and took the led with him and said there is problem of particulate part. Now they did not get the part from company till date. After one month the problem is there and led is in service center. They did not give any answer about it. Now what should i do? we have paid a lot of money to the dealer . the dealer assure me he will provide me a led for the timing but now the dealer is giving accuses. the dealer and service provider both are harassing me mentally and financially.My family also crushing me . Kindly look into this matter positively. The copy of the bill is hereby attached.
