Capital First limited - LED purchase fraud

I bought one LED on Diwali in the year **** from LG showroom which in Rani Bazar, near Sharma Travels, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
At the time of purchase, they gave the rate of LED ***** and said if I buy through capital first finance company then I will get some amount refund. I agree that I take finance service through the capital first finance company.
I asked to give * EMI advance that time ( EMI was of ** months of Rs ****/- months.
I gave * EMI means to advance and get the assurance that I will get * EMI refund at the time *th EMI but I didn't get any refund. When I visited that LG showroom than the LG person Manish (**********) and capital first representative Aalok ( **********) and Gaurav Sharma (**********) owner of LG showroom Bikaner, Rajasthan said you will get the refund after successful submit of *th EMI I said ok.
But now I gave *th EMI too but didn't get a refund. When I called to capital first person Aalok he said you will get the refund after ** days of *th EMI I said ok. Now my *th EMI also deducted from my account now he is saying that you will get a refund after your all EMI being paid. This is company policy.
Now I got to know that this is LG showroom and capital first idea to sell his products. Once again customer made fooled by the company. And now no one is giving proper response nor Manish and Aalok and nor LG showroom owner Gaurav Sharma. This is totally fraud was planned to sell their product. Please help to sort out this issue.
