DEBADUTTA BISWAL filed complaint against Capital First limited on Aug 16, 2019
I was taken * loans (* CD Loan + * Personal Loan) from capital first in ****. On Nov ** they deduct an EMI of one of my loan amount * times for which another subsequent loan EMIs are get bounced. After running to there office * months they wave up my bouncing charges. Again same thing they did with me in ****, for which I stopped all my future EMIs to get resolved by them. I tried several times by calling customer care & also by visiting there office and also by sending mail to their nodal desk. When I was unable to get any resolution from there end I stopped my all future EMIs stands with Capital First Limited. They called me every month and I duly informed them the issue with all soft copies.
Now suddenly I found that they are deducting an amount ***/- every month from my registered bank account with my information. Such a fraud finance company.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
