i have micromax led television (with *+* Year Extended Warranty ) and I have some issue my led tv screen. i notice that he shows some spot on corner and next day he show flat lining and after few days he shows full screen lining. I had register a complain, and after that technician says to me your tv is physically damaged i told him my tv was not physical damaged but he takes some photographs and says your tv will not approve for warranty.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
