Bad experience at babyhug store at greater noida( omaxemall) .I must have purchased items worth RS *****/- inlast ** days from babyhug store at greater noida (Omaxe Mall). I purchased a baby bottle also worth RS ***/-. The same was found to be leaking from side due to faulty item. When I approached the store they didn't change it immediately rather they said that it will take some days. They kept the item with them without giving any receipt.
I didn't like the response of the store and I feel after sale service of BABYHUG seems to be doubtful and therefore I may never like to shop again. When they have so much problem in resolving product defect complaint for a bottle , just worth Rs ***/- then I feel they will never attend a customer for costly items.
To my utter surprise store was not having complaint register also. BABYHUG website also don't have any provision for raising complaints.
