Babyhug - Charges for carrybag when carrybag have branding on it

As per law, seller is not allowed to charge money for the carrybags through which they are advertising their products but still the shopkeeper has charged Rs. ** from me for the carrybag which had babyhug name written in it. My bill no. is T*-****
