This is wrt my concern regarding my subscription and the leads provided for the same.

I had made an online subscription for Prime, wherein I was asked to register for the Premium package and was advised that after subscribing the leads will be exhausted with a certain amount after each specific lead has been converted and accepted by me. I found that many leads were flown to my Inbox the day after I subscribed. None of them converted to a lead and after a couple of days, the leads stopped coming. I contacted the Sulekha helpline and complained. They said that they will look into this.
After some days I was informed that the campaign has expired. Upon calling the customer care, I was told that I need to scrap the lead every time. This was not communicated to us anytime in any of our discussions. No customer care representative had called to explain about the scrap process.
Now when we reach out, it is being told that all the leads have expired. As a customer, I need to be made aware of any process that Sulekha might have regarding rejuvenating the leads that have not been materialized. I cannot be penalized for the company not disclosing their app scrap process after my subscription. I request that all the stale leads provided to me ( from the date of subscription) be made active again from the backend. I have already called the below customer support engineers and each one of them has refused to provide the email ID's contacts of next level contacts and the last one had repeatedly called and harassed me to close the incident request I had raised. He told that he is the head of the support ( there is no one above him) and refused to provide me with the contact and finally he disconnected the phone.

I would want to see the action on my concern about the executives who threatened and harassed me to close the ticket and I need all my leads to be made active.
