I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of domestic help from your agency for the past *.* months. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out and get an update on the situation, I have not received any response, and my calls have consistently gone unanswered.
This prolonged absence of service has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my household and my health. I have been a client of your agency for * months and have always appreciated the quality of service provided in the past. However, this recent experience has been highly unsatisfactory.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue. Please provide an explanation for the delay and confirm when a replacement domestic helper will be assigned to my household. Additionally, I would appreciate a prompt response to this email and better communication moving forward.
