Colive Bangalore - Late fees and month rent showing even after checking out early haven t returned deposit money also

I checked out in the month of September from Colive signature towers, still they have charged me late fees for the month of October : *****, and they haven’t even returned the deposit amount of ***** which I paid in jan **. I need the money back, and they are forcing me to pay an extra fees for the month I didn’t even stay : *****.
