Dominos Pizza - Late delivery refund

This is regarding the refund claim for the delayed order (Order no. *** placed on **th July ****). I have already raised this concern with dominos customer support on the **th July itself (Concern ref no ********). After that, they (Dominos) supposed to call me within ** hrs. But that also not happened. The same thing I have experienced multiple times in past. Every time I got late delivery I raised concern for refund. But I never got a refund but the *** discount voucher that too after following the matter repetitively. This is such a pathetic service given by Dominos. Dominos is nowhere seems to follow their ** min. guaranteed delivery policy. This time I need to escalate this matter to consumer forum. Dominos is wrongly advertising their product. I need proper clarification and compensation for their unfair trade practices.
