Skoda India - Late delivery false promises

So on **th of July I booked my skoda kushaq ambition varient carbon steel *.*L MT, I changed it on **th of July to top varient style *.*L carbon steel colour. On **th I received one car frome dealer they asked me about how I'll pay money, I've said them with finance but then also there were calling regularly. On that day the dealer said that the car will come in *-* days. Also when I called the other higher member of the Skoda showroom team he said that he has order of the same varient and same colour so the person who pays first will get the car. On *th of sep they said I'll receive my car on *th they clearly denied it. I've all the recording of the phone call as well as screenshots of chat. When I called on *th of sep to the Skoda customer team they sent one complaint to the showroom owner and then the showroom owner says that the car is not available for this month as well as next month. So only and only false promises, false hopes has been made from day *. Also the Skoda customer team has also not taken any action against the dealer.
