Skoda India - Faulty AC Vent in Skoda kushaq

I purchased a new Skoda Kushaq from Balaji Auto Mysore on August ****. Since the date of purchase I am facing a screeching noise in AC vent. I visited the dealership more than ** times but every single time the service engineers denied that it's Operational noise and sent me back. It's unacceptable that a new vehicle is having so much issues. Can you please help me sort this out.
