Magicpin - Late delivery and stale food delivered

Delivered after *.* hrs and the food was cold and completely stale. Contacting magicpin customer support they denied a refund as they expect us to consume stale food. They mentioned that stale food does not fall under their refund criteria because they expect us to consume that.
