Kasir Abidi filed complaint against Lenovo on Nov 18, 2017
I have purchased my Lenovo y*** laptop from Dubai and been using it for past year and have found it to be handing/freezing while working on it. I have given it for service at their authorised service for more than * times and still, the problem persists. I have contacted them about it and told them that I need it to be replaced with another laptop of the same model as this one is not working as they have claimed. I have attached a service receipt done by Lenovo authorised centre.
