I purchased the HP laptop last year and it was faulty from the beginning only. I asked for exchanged but they repaired it and gave it to me. Last month, the sound system in my laptop stopped working on which I registered the complaint and they sent an engineer thrice who told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced and he will visit again with the new part but after few days they sent an email saying that my warranty had expired before filing the complaint only which can't be possible as they sent an engineer also, which they do if and only if laptop is under warranty.I registered the complaint on **th October and according to HP website my laptop warranty expired on **th November.
