My Acer laptop which I ordered from Amazon online shopping on *nd August **** is not getting turned on since last night, I don't know why?? That night I wanted to use my laptop but it didn't turn on, I thought that the battery was going low, then I charged it but still, it didn't get turned on. When I called the customer care number, they said: "the serial number cannot be found". I'm so sad about all this. The laptop is very important to me. Please, can you help me?
