Acer India Private Limited - Defective Laptop company unwilling for replacement and repair

The Acer Extensa** laptop that I have bought online from the Acer website (on December ****) ran into a problem the very first week of buying it. The laptop went blank all of a sudden and started to flicker and the flickering continued till the battery drained out. I raised the issue with Acer customer support centre and demanded a replacement but they turned down my demand stating that they don’t provide replacement but only repair service. Since then, the laptop is having new issues each time, now along with the screen going blank it produces loud noise too, its performance also has slowed down. I had to get it serviced eight times for various issues, till this May. Even after eight servicing sessions, the problems still persist and now the company is not even ready to attend to the issues. During one of the servicing sessions, the technician even replaced the motherboard with a refurbished one instead of a new one and the battery also had to be replaced. It has only been nine months after the purchase and the laptop is frequently running into problems and it seems to be a defective piece which is unrepairable.
