My younger brother took admission in IIT KHARAGPUR and for his online classes, he needed a laptop. I ordered a laptop from Flipkart but it was not delivered and was cancelled by the Flipkart. Then they started calling Me and saying sorry and place a new order for the same laptop. I placed an order again but it has not been delivered yet (the delivery date was **/Jan/****).
My brother's classes are missing and he is attending the class from mobile and facing serious issues. I want My laptop to be delivered but they are not delivering. The study of My brother is getting affected very much.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
