Lenovo - Laptop not being replaced or repaired from 6 months

I invested ***** rs in laptop on *rd July **** and it hardly worked for * months. From then on, I was trying to get the laptop repaired and the service engineers were unable to repair the laptop and are not providing any replacement for the laptop either. It's been * months and still they are delaying the repair by not responding. I've spoke to customer care people countless number of time and visited service center many time which is approximately ** kms from my home. Whenever i escalate the situation, service engineers close the ticket and raise another ticket. Still the laptop is in service center and no one is responding properly. No laptop repair or replacement. I have wasted my time, money and energy because of just purchasing a product from lenovo.
