Lenovo - Laptop is not repaired even under HW warranty

My issue is related to Laptop Hinge, That is either broken or stuck.
My laptop is under extended Hw Warranty so, Reported to Jeeves/ Flip kart and great thing After lodging the complain ,* days later Engineer visited, He checked the machine , opened the laptop and then said Oh we need to replace the panel, left Laptop HW opened and said, ASA it get arranged they will contact me update via mail/call but no luck no update ,
After waiting for * days when called Jeeves help line they said complain was canceled due to technical glitch ..
now they will log a new complain and issue will be resolved in ** hrs. …..
this music of ** hrs is repetitive each and every day, so basically they are not seems to resolve it.
