I purchased a laptop in March **** Lenovo T** for *,**,***. After a month or so the laptop toucpad was not working correctly, they first replaced touchpad, then after that it was not taking power, they replaced motherboard, then it started to freeze all of a sudden from nowhere and only way was to force shutdown. Even after numerous visits and taking the laptop to service centre nothing worked and laptop is still freezing. I have been asking for laptop replacement from day* as it is a faulty laptop which is not working properly even after motherboard ans ssd replacement and Lenovo engineers are not capable enough to resolve the issue. Since its already * year, I am feeling harassed the laptop is still freezing all of a sudden and this is their flagship product. I have spent my * lakh ** thousand on this, my hard working money, a new laptop should be provided asap as its already * year and issue has not been resolved. Nobody is taking the issue seriously from lenovo and everytime the story is starting from step * which is total timewaste and pure harrassement of me. A new laptop or complete refund of *,**,*** approx should be provided at the earliest.
