I purchased a brand new Lenovo laptop from Pai Electronics in Hyderabad (Branch: Sun City) on EMI plan on October **, ****.
The laptop crashed in * hours, kept crashing constantly even after re installing the OS software, I purchased it on Friday and unfortunately had to wait till a working day to file a complaint.
I registered my device and complaint, contact Lenovo support through chat and was made to reinstall OS software again with their procedure, which I did. I brought it to their notice the SSD component on the laptop isn't detected, its a defective unit. I kept video recording usage on my laptop for raising a complaint again, the laptop crashed and I have it all on video.
I contacted Lenovo again on October **, registered a complaint with video and photo proofs, complaint filed but Lenovo Service center in Hyderabad kept ignoring my follow-ups until they sent an engineer on October ** after I threatened I'll file a legal compliant.
Technician came, handed an incident slip and informed me an engineer will come with a sticker to collect the dead laptop. Its been over * weeks and I haven't heard back on the process from the company, my emails have bounced around different teams and people without a resolution.
I'll have the laptop for a full month this November **, a brand new laptop is detective and I'm going to be forced to pay EMI on this as this isn't a bank issue. I have videos, photos, calls recording, email records and chat transcripts of my communication with Lenovo Support.
Please help!
