My ticket number with Lenovo is ********** (I registered the complaint on **-**-****), it was a general fitting issue and Lenovo was supposed to just make the fitting correct because they didn't do it properly in one of the previous services. So, the work number ********** was created and their engineer visited my place on **-**-****, while repairing the laptop he accidentally cracked my laptop's screen. So, in order to fix the damage done by their engineer, they created work order number **********, and for this work order their engineer visited my place on **-**-**** and he replaced the screen of the laptop - but while replacing the screen, he caused several other damages to the laptop's hinge and body. So, to summarize this, Lenovo's engineers damaged my laptop * times due to which I'm unable to use my primary laptop from **-**-**** which has caused me a loss of a lot of money. Since their engineers damaged my laptop * times and the laptop is under warranty, I demanded a complete refund from Lenovo on **-**-**** but they are just delaying it and not giving me proper resolution ie refund. Their terrible service has caused me a lot of trouble, so I believe since they tried servicing the laptop and damaged it * times, I should be entitled for a complete refund. I've contacted their technical support team over the phone and the customer care team (customercare@lenovo.com) several times but they're just ignoring my refund request. Without my consent, they've created another work order (**********) to replace the parts their engineer has damaged, but it is without my consent and agreement. The only solution I seek at this point is a complete refund. I also want to be compensated for the money I've lost due to not able to use my primary laptop from around * weeks and the harassment and mental agony I'm facing by Lenovo.
