Vistara Airlines - Laptop Bag Stolen on Flight

I travelled from Delhi to Bangalore on Vistara flight on **th October ****. My laptop bag along with documents was stolen from the flight. I noticed the same at the time of deboarding and informed the Flight Crew IMMEDIATELY. Vistara did not register a written complaint at the airport. They also didnt give me a acknowledgement to my verbal complaint. I spent * hours trying to get the right contacts to speak to but no Senior Member from Vistara was abailable either at the airport or over phone. I contacted Vistara Airlines over email but no support from them so far.
I am yet to get a single call from Vistara acknowledging the incident. Also no trace of the bag or my laptop.
