Individual consumer - Landlord not giving deposit money it has been 2 months since we vacated

We have taken a rented house in mahalingapuram , pollachi coimbatore district .
The deposit amount paid is Rs ***** and we paid all the rent in cash ***** pm.
Since the owner wants to increase the rent to ***** pm .
We said we can't afford and hence we will vacate.
We vacated on **th sep **** .
So she has to deduct * month and ** days rent and some maintenance cost and refund the remaining amount .
She what's app the amount to be return on **th Oct **** .
But till now has not returned the money.
