Tricolour Investment And Properties Pvt Ltd - Land not registered

Please don't buy properties from Tricolour Investment And Properties Private Limited - INDIAN ESTATES. It has been two years since we paid advance, they wont pick your call or wont return your call as well. We have been travelling every week from Bangalore to visit them in Mysore office( No F **/*, *st Floor, *nd Cross, Shankar Mutt Rd, Fort Mohalla, Mysuru, Karnataka ******). They are yet to return advance money of *Lakh Rupees + * Lakh Rupees (Towards the damage as agreed in Sale Agreement). We visited Coffee estate in Belur in April ****, Pawan (CEO of Indian Coffee estates) initiated calls and collected advance. They assured registration of coffee estate within October **** (* months of time as per the agreement). Post October **** they have not been picking calls, rarely they pick call and update saying registration will be completed, it is almost ** months and registration is not over. We would like them to refund our money. Requesting help here.
