I have invested with them.for a * acre coffee estate in Sakleshpur. After receiving the down-payment for ****** lakh their is no news or update about registering the property. Close to **.months now they don't bother to call or receive call or even reply to ur messages. Seeing the reviews I went wrong. I have almost the necessary documents with me done through them now I am tried of following with them and no response. Mr pavan the MD of the company is non responsive. Property was suppose to be registered within * months. I was ready to make the balance payment at the time of registration but no.update . Even if u call their office they oy give fake I formation and no update
Either mobile is switched off . I have a sales deed and copy of my payment made .
