Agoada India - Lack of information regarding couples entry in to property

I had booked room in agoda on ** th night to ** th morning and i maid a payment directly through agoda app but when we reach there the property receptionist told as that couple are not allowed in this property but in the agoda app there were no such informations provided and we requested him but we failed to convince him he told us to talk with agoda for the refund we faced lot of trouble in the night its already ** pm in the night we faced verry difficult to find another room because we came from far away from our place one of the worst experience of my life.
