Medlife.com - Lab test package booked not get reports

I had booked lab test packages from medlife for my parents. The medlife person came at home and collected blood and urine sample on ** June ****. Also, he collected cash amount on the same day and assured me that the report will get via email within ** hrs. After ** days, I did not get any report. So I contacted them for the report but no response from the company. No response from customer care as well. It’s been more than ** days since the test sample collected and I haven’t been yet got any test report. Pathetic and poor service.
