I bought a kutchina chimney(model Amora) on **st May **** from Home Ware shop in Asansol. On **th August at **:** PM suddenly the glass of the chimney broke down into pieces causing injury to family members. When I went to the shop he said to register a complain with Kutchina and said he cannot help in any way, there is no exchange possible. The customer care support from Kutchina sent executives who said there is no warranty cover for glass of chimney.Hency I need to pay around **** rs again to buy new glass. The chimney was under warranty for * year but within *.* months no help was provided by the dealer or Kutchina.
