I HAVE PURCHASE ONE CHIMNEY (KUTCHINA BRIO ** PREMIUM) FROM KUCHINA BOLPUR BRANCH (B.P. APPLIANCES) ON **/*/**** THROUGH THEIR STAFF MRINMOY ROY # ********* & PRITI KHATUN # **********. FROM BEGINING THIS CHIMNEY NOT OPERATIONAL PROPERLY. I REPETEDLY INFORM TO MRINMOY ROY FOR REPLACEMENT OF SUCH DEFECTIVE ITEM.BUT HE DID NOT RESPONSE FOR THAT. I AM FEELING VETIMISED FOR THAT AND I THINK I AM CHEADTED BY KUTCHINA APPLIANCES BOLPUR BRANCH. I WANT REMEDY BY REPLACEMENT OF SUCH DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & FOR SUCH MENTAL HARRASEMENT FOR LONG TIME WITH COST.
