We have purchased Kurlon King Size mattress on June of **** from Decor Hansliom HSR Layout Sector ** Bangalore .Within * month of use,it started visibly sagging up to *cm.
We have raised the complaint with Kurlon but they did not take any action confirming its within expected range that is * CM.
After * months of use,our neck and back pain started.Both the sides visible saggings are noticed.
