I have purchased ** nos of Kurlon Mattress Model Duplex (size *******) with ** yrs warrantee on **.**.**** from Kurlon Brand Outlet store, Jalandhar. After ** days of use I found that some thing like STONE is punching from mattress while sitting or lying on the mattress.I raised complaint on **.**.**** and received complaint no *******, *******. I submitted All the details required online to Kurlon. Then on **.**.****, I received Msg "replacement not approved" without checking the mattress. Even no one have made contact to me in this regard. Then I tried to reach their So called Customer care no and every time it keep on holding and finally disconnecting the call. It is really embressing that Kurlon doesnt care abt the service.
Please try to resolve my issue.
