I had ordered a Stark King Size Bed with storage (by Hometown) thru pepperfry.com on **th of April. On **th of May, I got a call from both Hometown & pepperfry.com saying the bed will be delivered the next day. On **th May, I got a call from perpperfry delivery team saying the bed has been damaged during transit and will be redelivered in *-* days time. On **th of May, the order delivery status on their mobile app showed delivered. I called up their call center and registered a complaint. A case manager was assigned to me. He told me he would call back in *-* days. I am still awaiting his call. I have called their call center * times since. I still have not received their call back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
