Arijit Sengupta filed complaint against Nobroker on Feb 14, 2024
My complaint is regarding No broker Services whom I had got in touch with for Khata Transfer of my property in Bengaluru. They outsourced the work to a local legal company named "Hemanth & Associates" based out of Bengaluru. I made the first payment of Rs **,***/- on **th June **** and it was committed by No Broker that the whole work will be completed in *-* Months. Additionally I have also paid Rs ****/- to Nobroker for getting my phone number updated for paying property taxes. It has been * months now and still NoBroker and Hemanth & Associates are giving excuses regularly about the work not being done. I have had enough of these excuses and I want to send a legal notice to both the organizations as both of them are mentally harassing me daily. Address of Hemanth and Associates is "***, Margosa Rd, Malleshwara, Bengaluru, Karnataka ******". I want to sue both the organizations heavily so that they do not sell false promises to customers anymore.
