I bought an Kent RO Grand from Amazon on **.**.**** . After about ** days, it stopped working.
I lodged the complaint online and on kent APP for service on **.**.** and inform this to the dealer, but no action has been taken after several remainders from me.
I escalated the compliant to the Delhi kent service care on **.**.**** and bring this situation to the attention of service controllers as you have good reputation in Indian markets.
I believe, I will get a quick response from you and get the product service through the local dealer but to my surprise no one visited my place .
The Kent service shop Purva enterprise satellite Ahmedababd is *** mts from my house and when i visited the service centre they said that as i have bought the product online and not from them & taking advantage of present lock down crisis i am given lowest priority in servicing and he asked for a service fee of Rs ***/- to consider my request in next * days.
I thought Kent is a reputed company with high product standards and competitive post sales service compatibility.
But the poor product quality which fails in * week after buying and disastrous service standard
