We bought Kent RO in the moth of April ****.Its been one year and we have already spent more than **** on replacing different parts of machine.Every time we call kent for servicing they send some looter guy and they come and ask us to replace sometimes filters somtimes RO and sometime pump.Now the height of loot is in the month of May there was leakage in the machine and we called up kent service...the guy came and asked us to replace RO saying he is giving Kent brand RO which is of cost **** and without even showing us he replaced the RO for leakage issue.Now after two months there are hell lot of Iron coming with the RO water.Almost eveyone in my family fell sick drinking that water.Now this time we call private mechanic and he shows us that the RO is of local company which costs hardly **** . So finally after replacing atleast * filters and * ROs in one year I am stuck with a useless machine whose drinking water might cause severe health issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
