hi,
my mother name is smt. kusum devi from vill:- chamraula, nangal soti, bijnor, up, ******. my other applied for kcc loan and mortage her land under pnb bank nangal soti, bijnor, ****** up. my mother she is widow and we both brothers living far away from home due to jobs. hence my mother following to disbursed the loan amount since **th february **** to till date which was sanctioned already. but Field officer mr. aditya denied to disbursed the amount and misbehave with her and rebuke and abuse her. then i went to branch ask for reason and i were shocked when Filed officer have very rude and misbehave with also and said that i'll not disbursed the amount you can do whatever you want to do.
i've complaint on pm portal and up government portal but no resolution yet.
please help to get our loan amount asap.
