Kapil Chit Funds Pvt Ltd Hyderabad - Kapil Chit Fund Refund

I joined a Kapil Chit fund scheme of ₹** lakhs and paid a total of ₹*,**,*** towards installments (₹*,**,*** in the first transaction and ₹**,*** in the next). Due to financial difficulties, I was unable to continue paying the upcoming installments. After some time, the company removed me from the chit group and replaced me with a new member.
When I requested a refund of the amount I had already paid, the company informed me that the paid amount is considered as chit commission and is non-refundable as per their company norms. I explained that since a new person has joined in my place and the company is also receiving commission from them, it is only fair to refund at least a reasonable portion of my payment. However, they refused and stated that no refund is possible.
I request appropriate support and resolution in getting a fair refund of the amount paid.
