Kapil Chit Funds Pvt Ltd Hyderabad - Kapil chit s Agent took money and now not responding to my calls or messages

I am currently facing with one of Kapil chits agents. I had entrusted a sum of ₹**,*** to Kapil chit agent (Mr.LAXMIPATI GOUD) Ameerpet Branch on JUNE **th, ****, but unfortunately, I did not receive any receipt or confirmation for this payment. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the agent for clarification, they have not responded to my calls or messages. I have tried contacting the manager of the branch as well, but they haven't responded yet. I am writing here as I could not find any point of contact on KAPIL CHITS WEBSITE.
