I am filing this formal complaint against Kaizen Adventours (Gurugram) for gross deficiency of service, breach of consumer trust, and severe operational negligence during our recent high-altitude Leh-Ladakh tour (Batch Date: **st May).
Despite charging premium rates for an end-to-end managed holiday package, the company completely failed to deliver basic logistical and safety requirements, leaving paying customers stranded and vulnerable in extreme weather conditions.
Key Issues & Deficiencies in Service:
Unauthorised Sub-Contracting to Local Agents: While the package was marketed and sold as an exclusive tour managed directly by Kaizen Adventours' corporate office, on the ground, the entire operations were sub-contracted to uncoordinated local vendors without prior disclosure.
Failure of Basic Accommodations & Confirmations: Upon reaching high-altitude stops, we discovered that hotel room confirmations and vehicle allocations were completely unarranged. Paying guests were subjected to severe delays and harassment due to the constant finger-pointing between the Gurugram main office and local ground handling agents.
Total Breakdown of Emergency & Safety Logistics: In an extreme high-altitude terrain like Ladakh, backend safety protocols are non-negotiable. Kaizen Adventours failed to provide adequate safety asset allocations and basic operational support, putting the health and physical safety of the entire batch at risk.
Evasive Corporate Accountability: When these ground-level failures were brought to the attention of the corporate leadership, including Co-Founder Preeti Maan, the management offered zero immediate resolution, evaded direct communication, and abandoned their on-ground responsibilities.
