Kaizen Adventours Pvt - Kaizrn Fake promissed and fraud

We have written below email to the team but no response.

This mail is on behalf of group of ** people whose batch started on **rd july **** from manali to srinagar on bike.
This is to highlight the fraud that Kaizen's sales and operations team has commited(Amit Hooda, Ajit Singh, Rajat and Aaina) so far.

*. We were assured that the trip will start from manali on **th July, but it actually started on **th July.
Result: * day wasted for the batch.
*. Initially at the time of sales we were promised that the bikes will be provided from manali to srinagar, in the later stage they denied providing the bike from Kargil to srinagar.
Add on to that post reaching Manali and spending **hrs(after taking the complete payment), we came to know that bikes will not be available from sarchu to leh.
Result: * days wasted in Manali without bike plus no bike from sarchu to leh which is around ***km of the bike ride i.e., half of the trip.
*. Miscommunication between Kaizen's sales and operations team on **th July regarding the payments tranfer between them
Result: Delay of * hrs on day * which lead to reaching the destination jispa at night, which was supposed to be a * hrs journey.
*. After reaching to Sarchu we were left unguided for next **+ hrs, no one informed how to deal with high altitude codition, no one provided us any medical assistance as few folks were suffering from severe high altitude sickness like blood vomiting, breathing problem and headache was common to all.
*. After spending **+ hrs in sarchu, we ourself arranged the transport to reach leh as Kaizen's team was not computtent enough to provide the transport, add on to that they were making false promises that the traveller is about to come.
Result: our families was about to reach out to nearby police station to file the missing complaint as there was no communication happen for **+ hrs.
*. Half of the team has paid for there transport from sarchu to leh from there own pocket and no one from Kaizen's team is supporting on that.
*. We are in leh right now and it's **:**AM, till now there is no availability of bikes and no one has visibility on the plan as well.
*. Unprofessional behaviour of the ground staff.

Note:
* teams stuck at the same place because of same issues, but there organizers arranged bike/traveller from J&K as Manali route was blocked.

Expectation:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COMPLETE REFUND PLUS COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HARASSMENT THAT WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH IN PAST *-* DAYS.
