Justdial - Justdial fraud in selling online services for my business

Few months before one of your (justdial) executive name: Avinash Arora, lives in Nagpur, sold my shop owner (XYZ-who do not understand English) one of advertisement service of justdial and told him that He (Avinash) will come each month to collect money for service and took my business owner (XYZ) signature on an online form, who do not even understand English. But then we got monthly installment/ECS deducted from our bank account. Later, we got to know via bank manager about these monthly installments and then we called to Avinash and said to him why did you provided wrong information to my business owner XYZ but he ignored our calls after several time contacting to him, we lost our patience and dialed to your customer service but there as well your executive behaved very rudely and said they can not stop this monthly ECS payments and she hanged up. Due to Covid-**, my shop has been in lock-down since three months. We have been knocking almost every doors since last few weeks and left no stone unturned but did achieve the result. I do not go to Bank and do not keep any money in my account number mentioned below, but you guy's keep on sending ECS/monthly installment payment again and again due to that my bank balance has gone into negative and I have told your executives many times to switch off (Close) my above mentioned business all services provided by justdial but no one listening. So, I am hereby writing to you to stop charging my below bank account and stop my business all advertisement services provided by justdial asap. If I need I will contact you but at this stage, I really want to stop this ECS payment right now. Looking forward for your help. Thanks.
