PRINCE SECURITY & MANAGEMENT SERVICES filed complaint against Justdial on Oct 5, 2022
Gave me a wrong explanation of the plan and payment and force me to give advance cheques which were deducted after two days. They deducted three payments in the same month without any consent. When I called them to stop my plan and ECS service they denied and misbehaved with me and warned me as I cannot stop ECS as they signed the contract of one year with me but according to me they didn't tell me about this condition. Now they are blackmailing me and not providing services as per my requirements.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
