Just Dial Limited - Just Dial Deny to change my company name

My company is listed on JD with the name of "lakhwinder electrical works", company gave me offer of ***** for lifetime listing and executive told me that i can change my company name without any difficulty. so i grab the offer and list my company. During listing process company does not ask me for company documents. now, i want to change my company name to "Printech Pvt Ltd" but customer care told me that they required valid document of my new company. My question is why company does not ask me for valid document for my previous company during listing ? i haven't any document regarding my company. JD only making customer through so called lifetime offer but they do not give proper customer service. I have tried over since ** days but not find any resolution till now. today date is **th Aug'****.
