Just Dial Limited - Removal Of An Old Phone Number from ur Record

Despite repeated requests to cancel a residence phone number from their records nothing has been done . Our office was initially part of our residence and hence the number is was registered with Just Dial.

It has been nearly ** to ** years since the office moved out of our residence and since then we get at least **- ** calls a day asking for business inquiries. Despite repeated request to cancel that particular no from the registered list the employees have paid no heed. Our residence phone is ringing nonstop and this is getting very bothersome and disturbing to us and our domestic staff. .

Due to the nature of complaint I do not have any documented evidence of it. But wish I cud speak or connect with the concerned Just Dial personnel or authority so I can simply cancel out a number.
