Just Dial Ltd - just dial cheating

I am an Internet Service Provider in Zakir Nagar, Okhla New Delhi. I got call from Mr. Aadesh Marketing Executive of Just Dial to have his package. After certain call sessions i decided to have the supreme package of Just dial.
In Supreme Package as per the Marketing Executive he list my details on his website from which i got work, but I specifically told them that my services are limited to only my area and I will not able to entertain the customers out side my area. He ensure me that the calls you receive will only from your area. A meeting was fixed a person namely Mr. Sonu came to me to collect the Cheque of Rs.**,***/- from my office and also get signature on the contract as well as on the ECS Mandate form. After * -* days my supreme package started and inquiry from different places of Delhi and NCR are started to come on my number as well as on my mail. So about this I had already discussed with Mr. Aadesh that I do not want call and inquiries from outside my area. So I contact Mr. Aadesh for the same issue but he told me to call on customer care so i calls on customer care but I was shocked when customer care executive told me that we cannot stop the calls because in this package all Delhi and NCR calls will come and they cannot stop them, and he also told me that if you want to stop the calls you have to take the different package which is more expensive. After the detailed discussion with customer care I know that I am cheated by Just Dial and wrong information is given to me.
