QNET India Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd - Joined me into the business by hiding the truths now facing Refund issue

I am Dr. Vidya Biju (IR ID No.: IM******) who joined QNET last month under the influence of my referral (Referrer ID: IM******, Sakshi Gulve) by paying ₹*,**,***. And later I was even asked to go to Mumbai to meet the team, for which ₹**,***/- was the expense.
The upline (Pallavi Jadhav) who have taken the introduction & financials for the business never ever mentioned that this is network marketing. She just gave some vague statements during the session due to which I expected a great opportunity to work and earn from the business. She also never told about the pay back or refund policies of QNET due to which this delay has happened.

Now that I am totally frustrated with the current situation as I know I cannot create any kind of network by hiding the truths from my friends and family, also do not wish to hamper my reputation and status in the society which I have gained out of hard work and perseverance for a long time now, I don’t at all wish to continue in this platform which I consider unethical.

I have requested all my uplines (Pallavi Jadhav, Swati Suman Singh & Sakshi Gulve), but Pallavi has directly informed that no such refund will be done. Even she states that QNET doesn’t have any refund policy. I am currently going through a lot of financial issues and also have to pay EMI for the amount paid to QNET as well. It is difficult for me to manage this. Pallavi Jadhav has done an unwanted purchase of luxury vacation hotels package using the money that I have transferred to them.

QNET is luring people by hiding the truths about their business and this is completely unacceptable and unethical.
