Hi, This is regarding my Order number *****************M ( Order date: ** July ****)
I have been following up with JioMart since **th July ****, almost **-** days for the grievance where spoilt and rotten veg/fruits were delivered.
I am really concerned the way Jio mart handles customer grievances because each time you promise something it is not delivered. Very inefficiently handled and what really concerns me is that you do not recall which store/franchise delivered the products to the customers and I keep getting calls from random stores just telling me that it is not their store and they cannot do anything and I need to reach JioMart cs dept.
Please let me know if I need to attach the pics of those rotten vegetables/fruits again Banana, Water Melon, Beetroot, Papaya, Curry Leaves, and Raddish) costing me *** rs worth. I will do so accordingly.
